Baby Bump
This option is perfect for the momma or birthing person who already has plenty of in-person support — or simply prefers not to have a doula present at the birth. With this service, you’ll have a trusted, judgment-free resource throughout your pregnancy, right up until your baby arrives.

If you’ve ever found yourself thinking…
-
“I just need a friend to talk to.”
-
“I have people in my life, but they don’t really hear what I want.”
-
“I need a safe, judgment-free space.”
-
“I’m scared, but I can’t tell them.”
-
“I’m not sure if this decision is right for me.”
-
“I have no clue what to add to my registry.”
-
“I’m pregnant… now what?”
-
“I don’t need birth support — the room will be full already.”
…then this support package was made for you. You’ll have direct access to me via text or phone whenever you need a listening ear, reassurance, or guidance.

Labor & Birthing Support
Individualized care created specific to your wants and needs that includes:

Before Hiring Me as Your Doula
-
Step 1: We’ll have an initial Zoom consultation to get to know each other, talk through your birth wishes, and review the services I offer. This helps us both see if we’re the right fit.
After Hiring Me (Once Your Contract is Signed)
-
Step 2: We’ll schedule 2 prenatal visits — in person or virtual — to provide educational support, create your birth plan, and go over essentials for your big day.
-
Step 3: Starting at your 36-week mark, I’ll be on call for you 24/7 for labor support. When it’s baby time, let me know and I’ll be there — staying up to 1–2 hours after birth to help you settle in.
-
Step 4: You’ll receive 2 postpartum visits: -
One within the first 7 days after you come home.
-
Another around 15–20 days after you’re home, to check in, offer support, and answer any new questions.
